Stand-alone Tiny house that can be delivered across Melbourne for up to $180 per week. They come in 2.4×4.2m sizes with a 0.9m deck.

Place your tiny home in their back yard or on their driveway back off the street a bit. While there’s no bathroom included, the portable rooms do come with a weatherproof electrical socket powering two double power points, two internal downlights, a porch light, smoke alarm and a reverse cycle air conditioner.

Lease Term: Room are leased for a minimum term of 6 months

Rent: $180/week or $782/month

Bond: $1000 is held while you leasing the tiny house.

Delivery and pick up: Delivery and pick up within Metro area is $300
